Product Description
Graphic Overlays are a thin film, printed, decorative design attached to the viewing surface of a product.
There are two main useage for a Graphic Overlay.
Graphic Overlays are used as a decorative veneer containing graphic artwork, the product name or your companies brand logo.
Graphic Overlays can also be functional, Graphic Overlays are used as the uppermost layer of a printed user interface or membrane switch.
Our factory custom designs and fabricates polycarbonate (Lexan) overlays that are ideal for recessed moldings, switch assemblies, and front panel graphics.
We meet any Lexan overlay design requirement such as backlighting, panel cut-outs and harsh/hazardous environmental conditions.
Selective or full surface texturing options are available for hard coats as well as aesthetic enhancements.
With conventional screen and digital printing processes, our factory fabricates a wide variety of polycarbonate overlays for production quantities ranging from one piece to thousands.
Most overlays are produced by printing on the second surface (on the back) to protect the image and utilize the added effects provided by the material surface conditions (matte, velvet, gloss, etc. ).
