Front panels and graphic overlays differ in the thickness of the plastic material. We use sheet material (> 1 mm) for front panels and film material (< 1 mm) for graphic overlays.
Front panels are attached to panel frames and graphic overlays on panels for appliances.

TCF is able to do gloss finish or matt finish on material.

Graphic overlays can be embossed in order to insert domes, generally There are 3 type of embossing.

To print Phosphorous ink on the second surface on the overlay, when Exposed to a light source, it stores energy that uses to glow in the Dark.
