Custom Bluetooth Prototype Metal Domes Embossed Keys Tactile Membrane Switches Keypad with Satin Surface Finish on Overlay
Made from a flexible substrate, membrane switch is an electrical controller that turns a circuit on and off. This application combines a graphic overlay and electrical switches into one integrated unit.
Compared to a traditional manual switch, membrane switches are thinner and have fewer limitations. Because of their greater design flexibility, membrane switches are excellent for creating user-friendly, modern-looking control panels.
1. Material: PET/Lexan with different thickness and finish
2. Button effect: Embossing + metal domes respectively for good tactility and perfect feedbacks.
Membrane Products options:
Embossing, no metal domes;
Metal domes, no embossing(flat overlay for the prototype but still with tactile metal dome underneath)
No embossing, no metal domes (flat type)
(Metal domes here also poly domes)
LEDs can be embedded; Bicolor LEDs are also available.
LCD clear window or LED dead-front window can be made.
Colors for graphics are matched with Pantone No. or RAL.
