A membrane switch is an electrical switch for turning a circuit on and off. It differs from a mechanical switch, which is usually made of copper and plastic parts: a membrane switch is a circuit printed on PET or ITO. The ink used for screen printing is usually copper / silver / graphite filled and therefore conductive.

Membrane switch, also known as light touch keyboard.

Membrane switch Keypad is a one-piece combination of flat and multi-layered sealing structure.

Membrane Switches are a kind of light collecting, machine and electric integration that seals the key switch, panel, mark, symbol display and liner.

The new electronic components are fundamental changes in the appearance of electronic products.

Membrane Keyboards can replace the buttons of conventional discrete components and perform the tasks of the operating system more reliably.

The membrane switch is mainly composed of a mask layer, a circuit layer and an isolation layer.

The circuit layer is divided into a line layer and a lower line layer. The upper circuit layer and the lower circuit layer are a circuit board in which conductive silver paste or carbon paste is printed on a non-conductive film (PET), and a non-conductive insulating ink. The isolation layer is a rubber layer, and the material of different thickness is added with double-sided adhesive in the middle, which mainly serves to isolate and paste the upper and lower lines. When the contacts of the upper circuit layer are squeezed, the upper and lower circuit layer contacts are connected, and the lines are turned on to form a path, thus functioning as a switch.
