Industrial Application of Membrane Keyboard

The membrane switch is an operating system that integrates the button function, the indicator component, and the instrument panel. 

It consists of four parts: panel, upper circuit, isolation layer and lower circuit. 

In order to lightly touch the normally open switch, the upper and lower contacts of the membrane switch disconnected. 

When press the membrane switch, the contact of the upper circuit deform downward. Meantime and the contact with the plate of the lower circuit turn on. 

After that released the fingers, the upper circuit contact bounces back. And the circuit disconnected, the circuit triggers a signal. 

The membrane switch has a rigorous structure, beautiful appearance and good sealing performance. 

It has anti-moisture and long service life. Membrane Keyboards or Membrane Keypads are widely used in industry control. Usually we call them industial control keyboards or  industial control graphic overlays.
