ITO Conductive film
The ITO conductive film refers to a high-tech product.
It is obtained by sputtering a transparent indium tin oxide (ITO) conductive thin film, then coating on a transparent organic thin film material by magnetron sputtering,
meantime annealing at a high temperature.
Description:
Thickness: 0.188±10%
Surface resistance: 300~500 Ω/□
The manufacturing methods of ITO film: Evaporation, sputtering, reactive ion plating, chemical vapor deposition, pyrolysis spraying, etc., but the most used is reactive magnetron sputtering
The thickness of the ITO film layer is different, and the conductive performance and light transmission performance of the film are also different.
In general, under the same process conditions and the same performance as the PET substrate material, the thicker the ITO film layer, the smaller the surface resistance of the PET-ITO film, the smaller the light transmittance.
