As a typical representative of flexible transparent electrode materials, the ITO conductive film PET-ITO is mainly produced by the Roll to Roll production process by magnetron sputtering ITO (indium tin oxide) layer on the PET film substrate. 

The thickness of the ITO film layer is different, and the conductive performance and light transmission performance of the film are also different. 

Generally speaking, under the same process conditions and the same performance as the PET base material, the thicker the ITO film layer, the smaller the surface resistance of the PET-ITO film, the smaller the light transmittance.


At present, low surface resistance ITO conductive film PET-ITO is used in flexible electrochromic devices (Flexible Electrochromic Devices, including flexible electrochromic labels, electrochromic films, electrochromic goggles, flexible electrochromic displays, etc.), flexible Perovskite Solar Cells (Flexible Perovskite Solar Cells), Flexible Organic Solar Cells (or OPV), Flexible Organic Electroluminescent Devices (OLED), PDLC Liquid Crystal Dimming Film (Polymer Dispersed Liquid Crystal Film).
