Membrane switch, is also known as light touch keyboard, is a multi-plane combination sealed set of graphics, keys, mark symbols, which is made of soft materials such as PC, PVC, PET, FPC and double-sided adhesive, and using silk screen-printed technique.

1. Clean the surface mean graphic overlay of the membrane switch to be bonded. The surface to be bonded should be flat, rust-free, oil-free and dust-free.


2. Compare the size, put the membrane switch to the place where you want to paste and compare whether the size position is just right.


3. Then peel off the centrifugal paper at the bottom of the membrane switch from the edge by about 10mm.


4. Then put the membrane switch to the corresponding position and stick it, and then slowly tear off the remaining centrifugal paper (in the case of no more than 15 degrees angle), and then stick to the corresponding position in sequence.


5. If the membrane switch that tears the centrifugal paper on the reverse side needs to be placed first during the pasting process, it should be placed on the reverse side to prevent sticking to other objects.


6. Matters needing attention: Pasting & Stick can not be repeated, it needs to be completed at one time, and the tearing angle cannot exceed 15 degrees. When you try to press the touch, you must lay it flat on the desktop and then press it. You ca n’t hold it in your hand and press it, otherwise it will affect the service life of the membrane switch.
