Metal dome installed on FPC to make good tactile while pushing the button from overlay
LED established on FPC to light-up through the window from overlay when actuation

Base material: polyimide (0.5, 1, or 2mil)

All materials for manufacturing Membrane Keypads are obtained from leading manufacturers including Autotype and 3M. They are carefully selected for each application to provide the required specification, which may include scratch or chemical resistance, flexibility or low cost.

All Membrane Keypad assemblies are completed in a clean room environment and can incorporate a variety of sub panel materials including aluminium, plastic and stainless steel.

To ensure customer satisfaction, specialised equipment is utilised to fully test every component. The results of these functional tests are supplied with all Membrane Keypads.
